1. What is Magsafe?

MagSafe technology involves a ring of magnets embedded in the back of the device, allowing for secure attachment of various accessories. These accessories include wireless chargers, cases, wallets, and battery packs that snap onto the back of the iPhone. MagSafe also enhances wireless charging efficiency by precisely aligning the charger with the device's internal charging coil.


2. What is Magsafe-technology benefit?

MagSafe has several benefits:

  • Versatility: Supports a wide range of accessories that can be easily attached and detached.
  • Secure Attachment: The magnetic connection ensures accessories stay securely in place.

3. Is Magsafe compatible with all devices?

MagSafe is not compatible with all devices. Its compatibility is designed specifically for the Apple iPhone 12 series and later. However, non-iPhone devices can adapt to MagSafe accessories by using the MagSafe case or MagSafe adhesive ring that is sold separately in our store.


4. Why is Megsafe product cheaper than other local and international brands? 

Megsafe products are cheaper and more affordable than other brands because of the straight pricing from our manufacturer. We reduce other non-essential costs of dealers, distributors and costly marketing/advertising expenses.


5. Where is the MegAir bottle made?

MegAir bottles are designed in Malaysia by local designers and manufactured overseas.

In Malay, the word "air" does indeed mean "water". Hence the pronunciation of the brand name should be Meg-Ai-Yeah instead of Meg-A.


6. Does Megsafe product have a warranty and what is the coverage?

Megsafe has a 90-day limited warranty. The coverage of Megsafe’s 90-day limited warranty includes factory defects such as broken or leaking caps, rattling sounds, etc. Occurrences of wear and tear, such as bumps and scratches, are not covered by the warranty.


7. I lost my receipt, can I exchange my Megsafe product?

Unfortunately, no since the receipt is our only way to confirm that the product was bought from us.


8. I bought my Megsafe product in Lazada/Shopee and did not receive a receipt. How am I going to exchange the item?

A screenshot of order receipt confirmation is enough for us to confirm the purchase.
